I’m a high-performance leadership coach, combining NLP expertise, business strategy, and real-world leadership experience to help clients bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
• I’ve been called a Coach, a Sounding Board, and a Troubleshooter – because I’m all of those in one.

Beyond Coaching: The Other Hats I Wear
When I’m not working with leaders, you’ll find me in the outdoors – often with a dog by my side.
• I’m a Trustee, Trainer, and Dog Handler with Cornwall Search Dogs, specialising in Scent-Specific Trailing Dogs for missing people and dogs. My own dog, Lyla, is my loyal search partner.
• I’m a Flood Warden in my hometown of Lostwithiel, helping the community stay safe during extreme weather.
• I also train people & their dogs in scent-specific trailing with Kernow Mantrailing, a fun, rewarding activity for dogs and their owners.
What does this have to do with leadership? Everything. Leadership is about problem-solving, adaptability, trust, and resilience – all skills I’ve honed both in business and out in the field.
